FOUNDER'S NOTE

I started with copywriting. I was studying daily, speaking to people, trying to land projects. The goal was to get reps as fast as possible and eventually move upmarket. I wasn't landing clients fast enough to get the reps I needed.

So I decided to build something myself. My exact thinking at that moment
excuse the language
was: I'd rather fuck up my own stuff than someone else's. Build something low-risk, practice on it, generate case studies from my own results, use those to land better clients. A self-contained loop.

The first version was a nutrition planner. Not a meal plan. Something that mapped the behavioral and psychological layer underneath eating. I started noticing patterns that had nothing to do with food. The deeper I went, the more obvious it became that what I was looking at wasn't nutrition-specific.

I kept pulling the thread.
I kept pulling the thread.
I went domain by domain. Nutrition, identity, performance. And kept finding the same thing underneath all of them. The same moment. The same structure. The same breakdown.

At some point I asked three questions to people who might be my users: what does success actually look like for them, where exactly does their execution break, and what would make them quit. Everyone told me almost exactly the same thing. I rebuilt the entire system from scratch around those three answers.

The model came from that process. And from the first person who went through the full protocol. Not from research. Not from a framework I studied. From observation, pattern recognition, and a lot of things I had to break and rebuild.

I have no academic background. No institutional backing. No team. I found out afterward that what I'd built independently maps onto established frameworks in behavioral neuroscience and psychology. Arrived at from a completely different direction.
